I went to the little cafe on the corner, the one that always smells like vanilla and cinnamon. I grabbed a cappuccino, sat by the window, and just watched passersby go about their business. Some are laughing, some are pensive, some are walking with flowers - everyone has a story to tell, and there's something magical about it 😘
Then I walked around the evening city for a while. I stopped at a bookstore window and bought myself a novel for the evening. And you know, at some point I caught myself thinking: I feel good. It just feels good to be myself, to be here, now, without hurry or expectation 😋
Sometimes evenings like that are the best thing we can give ourselves 🤭
