I made myself some tea with honey and cinnamon, put on a soft robe, turned on a good old playlist and just... exhaled 💕
Flipped through a book I hadn't been able to get to in a while. I did a face mask. Danced barefoot around the room. Laughing for no reason. For the first time in a long time, I felt how good it felt to just be 🔥
We often forget how important it is to stop. Not for someone else. But for ourselves. To hear our thoughts. To be filled 😍
And you know, it was one of the warmest and most genuine evenings I've had in a while 🥰
