Added 2022-09-04 20:30:32 +0000 UTCA Night with Sick Chrissy (I have a cold and am posting throughout the night so you can suffer with me) ===================================================== 21:30 - PJs and into bed. After drying I transfer to the bed. Again this is helped by the fact I can raise and lower it, so I can get the perfect transfer height. Once sitting back on the bed I get dressed for bed. What I wear varies depending on temperature, if sex is likely or just how I feel. Today is a day for snuggly PJs! I need my boyfriend to help me into these! Once they are on my boyfriend helps me lie back and get into sleeping position. Sleep position is super important as I can't move much at night, so I have to get it right at the beginning. I lower the bed ends so it's completely flay, like a normal bed. Then I lay on my left side and my boyfriend places a cushion between my knees. He then lifts my legs up towards my chest and pulls my butt out towards in so I'm sort of curled up like a ball. Next up my boyfriend makes sure I have my phone, ipad, airpods and heartburn pills to hand (since covid I get heartburn multiple times a day, kinda feels this is my life now, stupid covid). The whole process takes maybe 10 minutes a night but once in position I can usually sleep! Good night
