So the base is
310ml (1 1/4 cups) warm water
2 teaspoons (7g/1 sachet) dried yeast
2 teaspoons caster sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
450g (3 cups) plain flour
2 teaspoons sea salt flakes
Toppings!
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
20 pitted kalamata olives
Or any other goodness you want to include, tomato’s, garlic and herbs are always yummy, and I make a garlic butter and brush the top sometimes too!
