



I’ve debated posting this here, but I feel you guys need an explanation for my absence.
I slipped on my icy deck and tore my hamstring and MCL (ligament in my knee). That bruise is from my muscle tearing. Not from the impact of the fall.
It’s been a ridiculously painful and frustrating couple of weeks. I haven’t been sleeping well, and the pain sneaks up on me during the day. Plus doctor visits and insurance stuff. So Being a single mom, you can imagine this injury has impacted every aspect of my life.
If you know me even a little bit, you know this is driving me crazy! BUT I have to be patient and let my body heal. I’ve been focusing on getting stronger, getting rest and staying on top of things at home.
I know this is by far not the worst injury one could have and for that, I am thankful. I’m also thankful that I’ve been focusing on my health more lately. I’m not in great shape, but I’m strong and my body is getting all the right supplements to excel my healing.
So all that to say I’m still here ❤️
