Peterson step up 3 x 25-30 reps
Lying down leg curl 3 x 20-25 reps

*Superset 2*
Bulgarian split squats
(Glute focussed) 4 x 15-20
Hip thrust 4 x 10-15
.
Still pushing for max effort on each set, try to increase the weight but stay within the rep limitations πŸ™ŒπŸ»
