Selling my house which is upgraded, backyard is the second biggest in the neighborhood, has rv parking and my house just got appraised lower than a house that sold down the street that was not renovated (built in 01 and not renovated LOL) small backyard & no rv parking????? Mind you the house right next to me also not renovated, bigger by 400sf, biggest lot in the neighborhood, sold for higher than my asking price. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
