It wasn't much effort to record, and it uploaded without any trouble. I was surprised. I did make a couple of mistakes during the practice because I lost focus and didn't listen to the instructions correctly, but I corrected it the next time around. It was the part where I went from fallen triangle to side plank (I spaced out twice on it). I also fell behind on a couple poses, but I wasn't worried about it.
I cut the video in the middle because I was already unsure if it would transfer to my phone from my camera and then upload here. (Too much information??🤣🤣)
