Added 2023-04-03 20:15:00 +0000 UTCI had to end my live workout early because my phone battery was dying. I meant to end it stripped down, but I didn't have time before having to charge my phone. I usually strip and dance a little at the end of my livestreams. I want to do more fun stuff in the middle, but goodness these are hard workouts, and I'm just catching my breath and logging my weights during the few seconds between sets.
Anyway, here is the end of the workout, and I do strip out of my sports bra, in case you want to watch to the end.😉
