I'm your teacher.😁😂 Today's lesson:
I don't know if y'all know much about womanly issues, but a woman is in menopause (non-childbearing years) after she's gone 12 consecutive months without a period. She's in perimenopause for usually years beforehand, which is the time that a woman's body is starting to go through the transition from childbearing years to non-childbearing. At my age, im ready.😂 The average age when a woman enters menopause and can no longer have children without IVF (using donor eggs) is 51 or 52.
Well, I skipped a period in March and was quite late on this month's. I was thinking, "Please let me be done with these!"😂 No such luck (I started 5 days ago). I'll probably be perimenopausal til I'm 60, my luck.😂 I'm 52, and rooting for 53!😁 My birthday is next month!
I have not had hot flashes, which are normal for women going through the change. My biggest issue has been long lasting periods. I also get quite irritable a few days before I start (explains my extreme irritation and moodiness last week).
Anyway, there's your lesson, or refresher if you already knew.😉
Feel free to ask me any questions about anything womanly, including sexual questions. Anything you might be curious about?
