






Yoga poses...🧘♀️ Oh! Guess what?! I weighed in this morning at 135 even. I've increased my protein intake, I'm getting stronger (lifting heavier), and I'm down 9 lbs since January. I'm excited because I've been trying to cut some fat so my clothes will feel more comfortable. I'm all about comfort!🤣 It's for my health, too (main reason). I'm just trying to stay healthy and active for as long as possible.
