I've been doing extremely well with my nutrition, so last night, I allowed myself space to really enjoy some tasty food. I filled up on pasta and extra fat (and 🍷). It was delicious and felt like a real treat. Today I'm back to the nutritional grind. #bodygoals
This is one of those days where you're going to get spur of the moment posts. I'm taking much needed rest today after a busy week. I may post throwbacks, too, if I don't feel like taking new pics. I do have plans for content tomorrow that someone requested. But today.. I'll rest and do whatever I feel like.😉
