I'm taking on a different workout program.. lighter weights, more functional movements, in order to help my body stop trying to resist what I've been putting it through. Aches, pains, tightness... my body is telling me to cool it a bit. So that's what I'm doing. I'm never going to compete. All I want is to be healthy and fit.

Yesterday's bike ride was incredible. I figured it was going to be quite challenging, but I felt very strong. It was the first time I'd been on my bike in months due to lower back issues.

I've started incorporating yoga as well.

There will come a time again for heavy weightlifting, but for now, I'm taking a different approach. That's one thing great about fitness. There are multiple opportunities and possibilities.✨️💯
