Anyway, I'm taking a rest day because my lower back was feeling like I could easily throw it out. Yikes! I felt it click yesterday when i did my first couple of bent over rows, so i stopped, adjusted my bench to incline, and used it for support for my rows...
I'll do lots of stretching today.
