In addition to being a discipline that helps the body and mind, it's a visual pleasure to see a hunk performing the different positions. So we asked Fred to do it in front of us (I emphasized his hyper masculine veiny toes and hyper sweaty soles). The video: Fred is instructing Franko yoga.
