


Sorry for being so quiet the last couple days. After my aunt passed away last week I decided on a whim to contact my ex personal trainer and see if she’d take me back🥲my great aunt was so healthy and lived so long her passing really inspired me to stop making excuses and get back on track with my health. I want to be like her when I grow up. it’s been over a year since I’ve worked out or been on any sort of clean diet and I finally started today! I’ve been exhausted and sore but I’m treating myself to a bubble bath and mask! Gonna be getting on some sort of weird schedule as my work outs start at 2:30 in the afternoon but at least I’ll be doing something consistent. Will be adjusting to fitting content and work time into that for you guys starting with tomorrow. I’m excited to start building some of the good habits I used to have. Also got some odd visits today after my work out by eastern blue birds! Had to look them up bird watching is a new hobby of mine but they came RIGHT TO MY DOOR! Google said some people believe the eastern blue bird “represents a connection between the living and those who have passed” so maybe it was my aunt 😌 Also found wild daisies in my yard! My favorite flower 🥰
