Ahm kinda Posting this from my bed before binging YouTube videos and actually go to sleep Friendly reminder..self love is so important, self love isn't buying a bunch of things or taking a luxury vacation (Although these can be amazing complements to acts of self care) Self care is walking away from toxic people, partners, friends and family, people that bring sadness and darkness to our life more than anything else Self care is crying Having an intense conversation with yourself about what you actually need at this moment of your life Self care is accepting the bad and looking for a reasonable solution, being patient Self care is finding people to express your feelings, friends or a supportive therapist Think about who you want to be in the next 10 years, how do your inner yung self want you to be? Do it for you, do it for them, take a minute to think about how you can have a healthier life and also take a minute to put your mind in silence and relax
