



Here is some of my meals from today! I have been food tracking and trying to up the protein. The first pic is Greek yogurt with blueberries and chia seeds with a dab of honey ! The 2nd one is a Big Mac salad …the whole serving is supposed to have 390 cal and 30 gram of protein. I could not finish that however, thus picture 3 and 4. Saving the meat to make a lasagna soup tomorrow and trying to eat the salad later. Today I have been doing bills and work around the house, went to pilates and going to eyelash apt this afternoon. I may go back to gym for chest/back workout or go super early in am. I heard the debate is on later.
Tomorrow we are filming ! Myself, Lukky Devil and Addyson !
