⚽Tonight I've dedicated tonight to playing sports. I packed my gym bag and headed to my favorite gym. When I arrived there and put in my locker the things I wouldn't need for the training, I started the process🧘♀️🏃♀️🏅🏃♀️First, I took the time to do some stretching and yoga - it's very important not to hurt my muscles during the difficult exercises. And then I moved on to strength training and cardio. I try not to stick to one thing, but act as my feeling and mood tells me, because I go to the gym to lose the moral weight of the day🤸🏃♀️🏅🏃♀️Back home I made myself a banana smoothie and comfortably settled down in my favorite chair to work on a web project.
