


Did a simple home workout that required only two pieces of equipment. I did a HITT routine that I have created on the days that I am not lifting weights, but still want to do something exercise wise. Not a fan of cardio, so this is a great alternative since it incorporates weights. Equipment: x2 30lbs dumbbells and a 25lbs plate. Routine: No rests in between the 4 exercises - Go up and down 16 flights of stairs (as fast as I can) while holding x2 30lbs dumbbells. Did this twice in a row - 10 bent over rows with x2 30lbs dumbbells - 10 shoulder press with 25lbs plate - 20 sit-ups with 25lbs plate Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat for 14 sets total of the above. Then eat lots of protein and good carbs 😊
