Something you don't know about me is I have two decades worth of experience as a dancer, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer. Up to this point, I haven't mixed my fitness background with my sexy internet adventure, and I think now is a good time to change that! Fitness and movement have always been a huge part of my life, and I would love to share that with you here, too. Now that I have live streaming (sort of) figured out, I want to start sharing some of my workouts with you, as well as exercise tips, and some of my favorite ways to workout at home. (Don't worry, I'll also be live streaming solo time as well as B/G).
