Santa 🎅 came early to my house!! This will make my life so much easier. My back will be saved!😃 It does all the fancy stuff, like vacuum, sweep, and mop! I'm so excited about this! It's currently mapping my downstairs area so that it knows where to go.😊

Well kept feet.. I pampered them this afternoon and oiled them up. I love having soft, pretty feet. I did go back to nude nails, as you can see. It was time to give them some air. If anyone wants me to paint them, feel free to tip me for a professional pedicure.😁 I practically can't see or bend far enough so that my feet are close enough for me to see to paint them.🤓🤣 It's not good for my back, either. Getting old is for the birds.🤣

BTW, I did this in my downstairs bathroom. My hubby is sleeping upstairs. My sons are home. It's not easy making content when there isn't much privacy. One of my sons came downstairs while I was making this video (I'm locked in the bathroom. You may be able to hear him barreling down the stairs.)

I'm having some back issues. Have I mentioned that? I'm lifting, but being cautious. I'm not doing HIIT because it's a lot of squatting and plank work, etc. I'm riding my spin bike and just started yoga again. Be looking for more yoga here, including bikini and nude yoga. (Nude yoga will only be inside.🤣)

Latest news. Did I mention that my back has really been bothering me lately? I went for my weekly massage today. I may see a chiropractor soon, but if I do, it will be one who does x-rays. It will give me peace of mind, if nothing else. I'll keep y'all updated.😘

Before and after I decided to shirk my grocery shopping responsibilities. I'm a little depressed. My lower back is not doing so great and I'm worried that this is my new normal. I'm not giving up, but I'm down at the moment. (I'm in a hot bath now with Epsom Salt.)

They made me reschedule my surgical clearance to be within a month of surgery. Annoying, but whatever. My surgical clearance is now scheduled for 29 December.
