Another preview for y’all ✨ apologies for being a bit absent this week! I had my first major panic attack in a long time. It starts with a sharp pain in the back of my shoulder and spreads throughout my back/ chest and down my arms. Thankfully the pain of it lasts only about 5 minutes. But wow to the after effects last for several days 😅 it leaves me so exhausted and numb. Starting to feel better 💕 hope y’all had a better week!

Clean bill of dental health! Which is a big win considering I haven’t been as diligent as I should. When I’m mentally in a pit- it’s hard to be on top of caring for my health. Depression and anxiety have so many ebbs and flows- but I’m happy to say I can feel myself coming out of my last low 💕
