🖤Durian Fruit and Sticky Rice!🖤 ~DIY Exotic, Vegan, fun Thai recipe~ Found this video I did on *Durian* & *sticky* *rice!* Since Durian fruit came up in a recent live and I mentioned it in some recent clips! Have you ever eaten it or cooked with it!? (Tippers always get a private treat! ) *Calls for: 1 Durian Fruit ( Sold at most Asian Specialty Markets) Sweet Thai Rice (1 Cup) Coconut Milk (we used coconut water & it was fine) - 2/3 cup Salt (1/2 tsp) Sugar (1/3 Cup) ***Serves 4-6 ~Sticky Rice 1 cup Thai white glutinous rice (also called Thai sweet rice) ⅔ cup coconut milk ½ tsp salt ⅓ cup of sugar ~Durian “Broth” 1 ½ cup coconut milk 50g – 75g palm sugar (see note) ¼ tsp salt 4-6 pc durian Note: Start with 50g and taste and adjust from there. If your durian is quite sweet, the broth doesn’t need to be that sweet. Recipe Inspired by "Hot Thai Kitchen"!

🧸 I thought I would do a 2nd *“about me”* post to update my friends on here, old & new!👇 1. I am a dancer and danced competitively in high school, then taught several youth classes in college, and gogo - danced // professionally performed in nightclubs for 9 yrs. (since I was under 21 in fact)! 2. I still dance! I go to a local studio, and of course dance in home whenever it strikes me! 3. I am certified in barre, yoga, and group exercise and used to teach those classes as well! Now I just do barre daily at home, and yoga weekly. (I also enjoy engaging in rock-climbing & skiing & trying new outdoor sports activities like roller skating, kayaking, but also have tried: horseback-riding & snorkeling although I’ll state here & now I’m novice at those last two). 4. I am an avid hiker! I enjoy the local forest preserves! So peaceful - great cardio! 5. I am mixed: half Puerto Rican, half Slavic (Ukrainian / Polish) for those who wonder 6. My favorite genre of movies is Sci-Fi! I'm a nerd for cyborgs, time-travel, intergalactic and inter dimensional travel... etc! (Followed by fantasy and mystery). 7. Modeling, dancing & content creation had been a full time job for me! I now will be taking on a second job because I’m just that ambitious... but that’s for me to know! 😉🤫 I’ll still be available much of the time on here for you all! 8. I love vegan food and I love trying new recipes and sharing them on here with you all! I’ve gone without meat for 9 yrs. How long I’ve been vegan I can’t accurately say. 9. I do have a Bachelor's degree, as well as several certifications! I love to learn and grow! 10. I am definitely an ambivert, but highly independent! 👅 Thanks for reading! Can't wait to catch up soon!
