Good morning my lovely’s, my beauty’s, my friends. 🌸 So good morning how are you all doing today?? This is a bit of a long post so please take the time to have a read.. thanks you 🙏🏼 First off let me start with saying sorry 😞 Sorry 😞 I’ve not been one for a little bit I’ve been struggling with my mental health, I may put on a happy face but inside I’m broken 😞 but I’m back and will soon be back to my bubbly funny happy self. I’m back on my medication (after being stubborn and refusing to take it for the last 6weeks🙄) so things are looking up 😊 finally. Now a little bit about what’s been going on.. Having bipolar, ocd and borderline personal disorder along with a few other things every day is a struggle I’m always on the go I can’t seem to slow down and everything must be done like NOW, My other half is the complete opposite to me and is so laid back to the point he’s almost Horizontal 😂 but he always says to me “Roma wasn’t built in a day” “slow down there is no rush”. I’m always on the go at 100mp and can never stop to the point of where I end up wearing my self out and so it hits me like a ton of bricks resulting in being unwell mentally and physically for a few days ☹️ I’m my own worst enemy 99% of the time so every now and then I have to breath take a step back and remember to take time out for myself, I’m no good to myself or anyone if I burn myself out. Please inbox me if u are struggling yourself and need to talk, I’m here and I will try my best to help as much as I can. Don’t forget to tip as and when you can, it really does help me out it also lets me know what content you do and don’t like to see.😈🍆🍒🔥🔥
