Day 1 North vs. 6 wks later. As active as I am as a human, I get lazy, my weight fluctuates, I eat a lot of candy... like.. a lot 🫢😂 Going north I didn't have all the luxuries of eating garbage, there was zero alcohol and of course I got into more pole and was outside every day. I know you guys never judge me and love my body as is. Just wanna share that everyone on the face of this planet have to work at life, appearance, health and personal wellness. You are not alone in a journey to self betterment ❤️ If I can start something new, so can you.
